Nutrition & Diet March Health Challenge

Overall I'm pretty happy with March. :) The past week I got a bit bad with the cookies again (I need to stop trying out new Oh She Glows recipes for a while... cookie ones anyway, bring on the entrees and salads still!) but otherwise I've had really good running mileage, and I lost the three pounds I had hoped to. Three pounds closer to my goal weight :D
