Vegan Date & Vanilla Smoothie

1 heaped tbs of date paste (see Basic section)
1 tsp vanilla
a dash of lemon juice
200 ml almond milk (chilled)
3 tbs vegan cream

Place a few ice cubes into a blender and whizz.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Tip : Replace the almond milk with coconut milk.
