Thats very helpful as i often see 'American' recipes but dont understand the measurements.
Also a useful addition would be ingredient translation...All purpose flour is Self rasiing in th UK I blieve and Confectors sugar is Icing Sugar??

Bear with me Alice Bee as I am working on many idees. My aim is to make things easier and more helpful for members that use the Recipe section.

Oh I didn mean you should do it all...just if anyone had seen more conversion charts around :(
I'm the steward and it is my duty to find tons of helpful idees if not I'll get the boot !:D
All purpose flour is plain flour.
I'll report you to the Cup police.............:rofl:
